The next night you start again for another company. After a few weeks of this, it gets easy to doubt yourself instead of the process.
What changes with Sckian
Sckian takes the repetitive work off your hands. It shows you the openings that fit your experience, and for each one you pick, it writes a CV and cover letter from your own history, shaped for that role. An evening of rewriting becomes a few minutes of reading, and what you send is something you would have been glad to write yourself.
Why we do it this way
Sending hundreds of identical applications is easy to automate. We chose the opposite: fewer applications, each one written for the job and sent only when you decide. We cannot promise you an interview, and nobody honestly can. What we can give you is your time back, and the calm of knowing each application was written for the job it went to.
